A Benefit Ride for Ernie Lizarraga

Sunday May 2nd, 2010

On March 25th, PHOENIX FIRE DEPT CAPTAIN Ernie Lizarraga and several other motorcyclists were involved in a horrific and tragic accident.

An inattentive driver - who is now known to have been impaired - literally ran over EIGHT motorcycles while they were stopped at an intersection, killing four motorcyclists and seriously injuring five others.

Ernie was one of those critically injured in the incident. and while the other riders have since been released from the hospital and are  recovering from their injuries,  Ernie is STILL in the hospital listed in serious condition.

FIREFIGHTERS are like brothers. And since Ernie is one of our brothers we have banded together to ride and raise money to aid in his recovery. As you may imagine, the hospital bills are increasing every single day and have reached astronomical proportion with no end in the immediate future.

Please come support Ernie and the Phoenix Firefighters on May 2nd  for an all-you-can-eat Pancake Breakfast, BBQ lunch at  Notorious P.I.G., Live Music, Raffle Prizes and best of all, a BENEFIT RIDE!
